Bill's professional life has been in the restaurant and food industries, and Rachel spent most of her professional life designing and implementing nonprofit programs that bridge media, education, and public health. Together, they fused their love of food, pop culture, community, and life in Santa Monica into p.o.p. candy co., which incorporates fresh and pleasurable products, fun packaging, eco-friendly practices, friendly customer service, collaborations, and community spirit!
